The front zipper runs from neck to crotch - you can open it fully to step in. The fabric is a 4-way stretch soft-shell with a waterproof membrane (15,000mm). We added a powder skirt inside that snaps around your boots. The hood fits over a helmet. The sleeves have elastic thumb loops to keep them down.

The Mens Ski One Piece has underarm vents with mesh lining. You open them when going uphill. Close them for the descent. The knees are pre-shaped. The seat has extra padding (our own design - a foam insert). We added reflective details on the back and cuffs for safety. The zippers are all YKK. The main zipper has a double slider so you can unzip from the bottom for ventilation. We have produced this Mens Ski One Piece for two seasons for a Canadian snowboard brand. They sold out twice.

Our workers are trained in ski-wear sewing - it requires precision because of the multiple layers. We use a special machine for the zipper curve at the crotch.
