The pants use a slim fit with a high-rise waist. The rise is positioned approximately 3.5 inches higher than the standard rise. The waistband combines elastic with a tie belt for adjustment. Elastic cuffs are used at the ankles.

The down chambers run vertically along the legs. The front section is cut from a single piece of fabric to reduce the number of side seams and potential leakage points.

The Women Puffer Pants are sewn with a down-proof needle designed to reduce the size of needle holes in the shell fabric.

The main seams use double stitching with a chain stitch construction. The sewing process is controlled to limit openings that could allow down to escape through the stitched areas.

Each production batch is checked for down leakage using a tumble test. The down is sourced from European geese, with traceability documentation available for buyer review.
