The Kids' Outdoor Shell Pants use a 70D nylon ripstop shell with an 8,000mm waterproof rating. All main seams are taped to help reduce water entry through stitched areas.

The knees and seat have additional fabric reinforcement for areas that receive more contact during outdoor activities. The waistband is fully elastic with an adjustable drawcord.

Zippers at the ankle openings make it easier to put the pants on over boots. The pocket layout includes two front pockets and one thigh cargo pocket with a flap and hook-and-loop closure.

The Kids' Outdoor Shell Pants use ripstop nylon to help limit the spread of small tears. Reinforced fabric panels are added at the knees and seat.

The factory conducted a rock-scrape test during product evaluation and reported no tears in the tested sample. As no formal test method is specified on the current page, this result should be treated as an internal test observation rather than a standardized abrasion rating.

The pants are machine washable. Buyers can specify additional fabric, seam, waterproofness, or abrasion testing requirements for OEM orders.
